While I see mixed reviews about my dad's book, all I have to say is "Praise God." He gave me a wonderful, caring, and loving dad. He is such an inspiration to me. His book is an inspiration. It has helped me become a stronger person because of it. It has helped me when I started doubting my faith. It has helped me cope with losing loved ones. It has strengthened me in every way. I am proud of all my dad has done and is doing. He is one in a million and in his newest collection, "One for the Heart," he hits on each of those feelings. The author of this book is the most wicked man I know. He has more scandals trailing behind him than Jim Jones did. The man is only concerned about his reputation and doesn't care who he hurts to protect himself. He is estranged from his oldest daughter for good reason. He chose not to do anything about a man who molested all three of his daughters, and instead invited him to live in his house-- under the same roof that he shared with his wife, daughters, and grandchild at the time. Mention his name to just about anyone in the area, and they will tell you horror stories. He has alienated family and friends because he only cares about what his image appears to be. This book is a joke. This man is a joke. This man cares nothing for people and relationships. He is pure evil.
A must to be read great Poems of faith and victory.The value of true friendship and the value of not quitting on your self on God and on others is brought out in this works of Grace and faith. Good read for all ages young and old. I highly recommend the book for families, Pastors and Youngsters as well.
Well, the main reason I bought this book is because it was written by my pastor. I really loved it because it gives you an insight into the thoughts and prayers and hopes that a Christian man has for his family. The poems are so meaningful and positive. You see the love of a man, his family, and his church. You see the hopes and dreams and the trials he goes through and how he handles them. This is universal for Christian men, no matter what profession they are in, and this shows that everyone goes through the same situations that he did. I am so glad that I bought this book.
